Racquets loose their stringing tension over time which can result in lower performance. If you do not change the string you will spend your time over compensating and changing your technique to make up for your racquets poor performance. How often should I get my racquet re-strung?
General Rule: Over a year, you should restring your racquet the number of times you play in a week. For example if you play four times a week, then restring you racquet four times a year. |
